If you lay down at night trying to sleep and you just have too much anxiety, too many thoughts running through your brain and you just can't relax, I would highly recommend starting with this product. I just roll a couple of these. I sleep on my side. So this is called Wake Up. It's supposed to help with waking you up and anxiety reduction. I've used it what three days now? I think it's been since I got it and honestly I do see it helping. I really like the fragrance. It's kind of like a lemony orange and every time I get a whiff of my arm, my wrist, it's usually where I put it. It definitely is like a wake-up call but it's just it's a rolly top. Here let me show you. Rolly top looks just like this and as this sunflower we'll use that as like my arm. You just kind of go like this as such and roll it on and it smells wonderful. You'll love it.
