My hair needs a little pick me up so I like using Olaplex Ultimate Repair Kit. It includes a two-step system. First you go on with a number zero, prime your hair from roots to ends with the product and then I go on and apply number three. This is going to smooth and protect and strengthen your hair strands from deep within and it reduces the look and appearance of breakage and split ends. I like to let that sit in a shower cap, do a little productiveness like vacuum. Then I go in after I shower and style my hair with a diffuser. My curls are back. I love how lightweight my hair feels. It looks shiny and more voluminous and definitely should take a try and pick up this product today.

Okay, it's the next day. I just used a drugstore shampoo and conditioner, washed my hair as normal, let it dry overnight, and this is what we are looking at today. So the first thing I noticed is that my hair feels thicker. Like, the density of the hair, if I just go like this, feels noticeably thicker than before I used those Olaplex products yesterday. The other thing I noticed is that my hair is more bouncy than usual. It just has more kind of movement to it than it usually does. So both of those things I think prove that the Olaplex repair system, number zero, combined with the number three, really are very effective. I don't have super damaged hair, so I could imagine if your hair was really damaged, and if you process it a lot, you'll probably see even more dramatic results. If you have generally healthy hair, I think you could use this once a week, maybe once every two or three weeks for maintenance and just to keep the hair.

Today I'm trying the Ultimate Repair Duo from Olaplex, which is number 0 and number 3. And they do recommend using these two together. I ordered a bunch of Olaplex products and I know they're designed to work together as a system, but I really want to try certain products alone and see if they'll still live up to the hype, because I realize not everybody can afford to buy the whole product line. So today I'm just trying number 0 and number 3, which is sold as a set on Flip. So first you spray 0 in your hair, like that. And you're supposed to spray this all over your hair. I'm not going to do my roots, I'm just going to do the bottom half of my hair. That's where I get the most damage. So now my hair is pretty wet, as you can see. And I go in with the number 3 and apply that directly on top. With number 0 and number 3 on top, you let that sit for 10 minutes and then wash it out. And I will come back and show you how it looks.
