Okay everyone, so if you saw my previous video, I just mixed these Lymphatic Cleanse tea strips and now I'm going to taste it to give the first authentic reaction to the flavor. It's mixed really well, really quickly. Ooh, I didn't expect that much of the mintiness. That's really nice. So what's in it is guarana, yerba mate, lemon balm, ginger, and peppermint. And it tastes exactly what you would think. So matcha, oh and there's stevia and natural peppermint flavor. And yeah, it tastes like very pepperminty and just really refreshing too. I like it. And you don't have to add any sweetener or anything like that. It's good.

Did you know tea bags could be bad for you? So some of them have chemicals and plastics that are toxic for our bodies. But look no further, Elixir's got you covered with their tea strips. I got my hands on these detox ginger peach ones because I struggle with bloating and I'm gonna try it out. So all you do is heat up some hot water, add the strip to your mug or cup of choice, let it sit for a sec and then mix it up and the taste is really good. So much flavor packed in there and they're so easy to take with you on the go when you travel, move around, whatnot. I just love them and here's the deal, I was really bloated the first time I drank this. Here you go, probably a medium bloat and then this is me literally right after drinking it. Can you believe?

I'm quitting coffee because I found this easy detox method. To start, you need to scrape your tongue first thing in the morning and then you drink a big warm cup of the Elixir Lymphatic Cleanse Tea. You can drink it hot or cold. All you have to do is add one tea strip to a cup of hot or cold water and then steep it for 10 seconds. Then you just stir it up and enjoy. Great for bloating, great for inflammation, if you've got any brain fog or digestion issues, it takes care of that. Great for fatigue. this is a very daring try for me, but I purchased the tea strips and I thought they were kind of cumin strips, but they're all kind of stuck together unfortunately, so I had to peel them apart. So I don't really know how many strips actually got into my tea, but I wanted you to be able to see what it looks like. Doesn't look great, but I'm gonna be honest, it tastes delicious. So if you're looking for hot tea, if you're a proper English person, this might not do for you, but I'm gonna tell you right now it tastes delish.
