Hey everyone, so I'm really liking this Harmony Hot Cocoa from Organifi. What it is, is a blend that will help balance your hormones, help with PMS symptoms and energize your day. So it has adaptogens, cacao, maca, chase tree, shatavari, stinging nettle, ginger, turmeric and coconut milk. So it's going to help with your mood, it's going to help with inflammation and it tastes really great. There's no sugar added, so it's just sweetened by stevia and monk fruit. I don't typically like the flavor of stevia, but it's very faint. So it's actually a good cup of cocoa. And I feel good, like I feel like I'm in a good mood. Time will tell if it helps with the other symptoms, because I have endometriosis and premenopausal.
