So this is my hair unstyled but it's really good for heat. So you can wear it if you're out in the sun and you can also use it for any of your hot tools right before. It's the biggest most important thing in our hair care routine. I always spritz this on after taking a shower or before applying any heat to my hair. I just spritz this into my hair like this and it smells really good too and I love using it. It works for up to I believe 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Again I use it every morning.
