It's the biggest most important thing in our hair care routine. I always spritz this on after taking a shower or before applying any heat to my hair. I just spritz this into my hair like this and it smells really good too and I love using it. It works for up to I believe 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Again I use it every morning.
