What it's infused with, natural ingredients, are chamomile, lime, juniper berries, rosemary, and lavender. And it smells so good. I would recommend if you are sensitive to smells to do one spray on your pillow and you're good to go. It's not overwhelming and you're going to sleep like a baby. So.
