I bought my first bronze mothership palette years ago when I assisted a celebrity artist who swore by these palettes. He said to me every time he uses them he feels like his work is exciting and like it looks like it's something new. I love these eyeshadow palettes. You can see that this one has been used for years in my pro kit. These palettes are an investment but they withstand the tests of time. I have every single one and I carry about seven on all my jobs which means they're clunking around in a suitcase and they have never broken and a pan has never split. Using these does make my work feel fresh and exciting and fun while also being neutral and classic and beautiful.

Today I'm going to be reviewing the Pat McGrath Mothership 5 palette, and I've already done a little bit of my eyeshadow. As you can see, it's really pretty, but I'm just going to take a little brush, a concealer brush, and I'm just going to tap that on just to build up some of that color and blend it in so it matches the purple that I've already gotten in from another palette, and just make it really, really shiny and beautiful, and get that all on there. So I'm really taking this from a nice, subtle purple look to a glam, beautiful, like next level look that is just so stunning on my skin, and it's really beautiful on a lot of other skin tones as well, especially when it comes to darker colors. So this is the look, and I want to hear what you guys think about this.
