So I just got out of the shower and I'm about to use the Pattern Curl Gel for the first time. On the ingredients I noticed that they have aloe, rosemary, and hydrolyzed silk which is really gonna help make my curls healthier and so I'm excited to smell this and see how it affects my curl pattern as it dries. Wow it's really fresh. It says to apply to damp hair so I'm just gonna put about a pea-sized amount and go ahead and diffuse it and I'll let you know how it holds up but so far I really like the non-sticky sort of lather that it's creating. It's almost like a leave-in conditioner texture so yeah I'm really excited to try this product out and see how it helps my curls hold their pattern throughout the day.

Watch my hair go from flat to curly. This is because of my signature way of styling my hair called the bowl method. I did not invent the bowl method, but it is the way that I do it every single day. You will need one bowl that is big enough to fit your head in and then some gel. I use the pattern curl gel and I just put it in my hair and I dip it into the water a few times then scrunch the hair up. Scrunching is when you bring the tip all the way to the root and then squeeze at the top. I'm dunking into the bowl and scrunching about three times on each side. Next, you're going to use a towel or a t-shirt. I prefer a t-shirt, but I'm using a towel this time to scrunch dry the hair. This is what it looks like immediately after. Also, I wanted to show you guys that I went through this entire bottle in like a month, so I got the big one instead. But anyways, this is what it looks like halfway dry. This is what it looks like fully dry. If you want to enhance your curls or waves, I would 100% give the bowl method a try.

Let me let you in on a secret of how you get this soft, bouncy, curly hair. So it's this patterned curl gel. It's great for all curl types like waves to coils. This is it before it looks really flat and gross. I'm not thrilled, obviously. And this is me after scrunching in with water. And this is the after. It's super bouncy, like I said, not crispy or crunchy, not heavy. It's super lightweight and I would give it five stars.

Hi everyone, I just tried out this pattern curl gel. Just washed my hair, put a dollop through, let my hair air dry and this is the result. There's nothing else in my hair. I put a little bit of root lift but there's so much fullness in the rest of my hair and it brought out a lot of curl because my hair is just kind of wavy but as you can see it brought out a lot more curl which is amazing and this is actually for a lot of different hair types so wavy, curly, it says coily, it's in tight textures as well so it'll work for a lot of different hair types and I really love this brand. So it's owned by Tracee Ellis Ross. You can check her out. She's done a documentary called The Hair Tales. So I just highly recommend this brand and this product.

So we're gonna try out the patterned curl gel. I have never tried this before, but I heard good things. My hair's already kind of curly, well, it's like wavy. So I'm really curious to see like how it will hold, but I'm just gonna go ahead and leather it up through my hair. My hair is damp, duh, like I just got out of the shower. So I'm gonna see how it holds when it kind of like dries a little bit more. Okay, so now that is set. This is my hair now. I like that it doesn't feel hard like other gels. It feels nice and soft. And the smell on this is amazing. Okay, she's nice and curly and ready to concord. I was gonna say she's ready to conquer the day, but I'm about to go to sleep. So she's ready to conquer the night with a nice curly hair, fresh for the morning.

This pick is the best pick I've ever had. It comes in a cute packaging. It's really good for making your hair have volume and I definitely recommend it.

If I'm going to be completely honest, this product literally broke after maybe like two weeks of using it. And my hair is actually really thin, so I'm kind of surprised because I really didn't think that this would break on my hair.

It's wash day in my house and I'm excited to be reviewing the Pattern Hair Tools Kit. First up is the detangling comb. I love the size of this thing. Every curly girl needs a big wide tooth comb for detangling. You can do it on wet and dry hair. I prefer wet when I'm detangling. Also the next tool is the shower brush. I call this the Denman Dupe. For those of you that are familiar with the Denman brush, you know about that rubber base that helps get those curls to clump. This is a very good dupe at a fraction of the cost of an actual Denman brush. I love the shower brush. And lastly is this big big big hair pick. I love the size of this thing. You can really get in there and help lift those curls up when you're doing your wash and go and your twist outs. This is a great tool to have. I highly recommend this set.

This is Pattern's brush set and I know what you're thinking. You're thinking I don't need any more combs. But these brushes are actually the best on the market for clumping curls. I'm going to be talking about the shower brush because it is so beautiful. I used Pattern's medium conditioner and I put it through my wet hair with this conditioner and it just sprung back to life. I could not get over how easily it glided through my hair. This is my new favorite brush and I have the Tangle Teaser. I have a bunch of Denman brushes, but this is it for my curls. You can put your favorite serums in this brush, brush it through. It doesn't tangle. It doesn't tear your hair out. I lose so many strands with my other brushes. This brush is amazing. I am obsessed. Let's try this jojoba oil self-heating pack by pattern So you're just supposed to take this off in the back and then the pack heats itself for Three minutes. Let's see if it works. Okay now it's been about three minutes can't really feel any heat from the outside, but Let's look how this This is not hot. I don't know if I did something wrong But in any case Jojoba oil is great to use for your hair to just make it more shiny but also healthier so I love to put this on my hair about twice a week and you can put this on wet hair or dry hair and It doesn't say how long you should leave it in but I guess that means you can leave it in as long as you want So I'll put my hair up in a bun and then leave it in overnight and then wash it out tomorrow with shampoo and conditioner

So this one is from pattern is the Tracee Ellis Ross's Brand and of course she has like super beautiful hair This is a lightweight conditioner and it is Laying it on thick which I'm okay with because I like that because my hair is in between where some of my curls are more fine some of them are more like, you know more on the textured side of having textured curly hair So this one is great it is on the grown woman side when it comes to sense So if you're not into that yet And you're still like, oh I need Ariana Grande Cloud vibes for all my products. This may not do for you. But if you are Liking more of a sophisticated rich smell. This is for you

It smells so good. It smells so clean and fresh. Like, what more do you want? Look at this shine. I have only good things to say about this.
