Okay, so I truly just wanted to use this product for a couple weeks before coming on here to talk about it This is the penguin mint cbd oil full spectrum it has terpenes hemp oil mct oil and natural flavor I got the mint flavor because I wanted to put it in my coffees and whatnot But you can also take it just like this. I haven't taken it today And it tastes good, you know but I've been using this for a couple weeks and I take it in the morning And it literally mellows out your mood so much like now I understand Those people that were like so hyped up about cbd because it actually works like I have a newborn girl Like my life is stressful. Okay. I have a four month old and it's a lot like it's a lot You know a lot of stresses through your day, but this helps me like ride the waves of it So good this has reduced my stress so much in like My reactions to things like I really am just a lot more chilled out.
