So, I've been taking these penguin gummy bears with the melatonin and CBD to help me sleep because I've had insomnia since I was 13 years old. Significantly older now, but yeah, these really have been helping me. I've been taking them for about a week and a half and I mean I noticed a difference the first night I took it, but before I shared a view I wanted to make sure. So I took some extra time and I highly recommend these. They're a little pricey though.

Although I don't have the product directly on me, I did gift it to my grandmother because I stated before I don't want her to be taking Ambien and I want something more natural and she does like this product. It does have more of a taste, it's flavored for sure but it is cool that it has melatonin and CBD and we do have another product with the same, in the same brand, Penguin I guess that's what the brand is. It would be a CBD oil like a tincture. Both products are amazing and I do love this brand.

Other CBDs that I've tried have said I believe between 60 and 90 seconds, leave it under there. I usually do 90 seconds. This is the highest dosage CBD that I have ever tried, and because it is full spectrum, it has all of the amazing benefits that you can get from hemp. Using CBD oil is so easy. You can add it to a lemonade or a coffee and have a CBD latte. My favorite way to do it is by putting it under the tongue sublingually and keeping it there for 30 seconds before swallowing. At $300 a tincture, this product is pretty expensive, but I think it is 100% worth it, and it also tastes great.

Excuse my hair, I'm doing another product, but I want to come back to these little penguin CBD oils and I want to compare the flavors actually because we talked about the effects of them and I didn't really get to talk about like flavors, but let's do that right now. For example, I used the cookies and cream one in my coffee this morning with some white chocolate mocha by Javi and honestly I couldn't even tell that it was in there. The flavor of it is extremely muted. So now I need to try the strawberry one. Then you let it sit there for about a minute before swallowing. So I bought this product and I used it once and I didn't love the taste of it And so I'm probably not gonna keep using it My boyfriend liked it, but he didn't say he felt relaxed later. I should have asked him But we both haven't been using it and I think when I'm not busy with school, I will experiment with it more I'm just worried about like its effects if it's gonna give me a headache like some other CBD I thought the strawberry flavor was gonna be stronger than it was but it wasn't So hopefully I try it again in the future and I have good results, but that's where I'm at right now
