You've got the vitamin C and peptide resurfacing crystals and then we have the salicylic acid and the lactic acid activating gel. Essentially, you take the crystals, you put them on your face and then you mix on this gel which will activate the crystals and it'll start the exfoliation process. You also have physical exfoliation from the crystals as well as the chemical exfoliation with the lactic acid, salicylic acid working together. I use this about once a week and I love the way my skin feels.
