I recently started taking these supplements from PhytoParis. They have a lot of things in them in addition to biotin. I've tried just biotin before and it didn't do a lot for me, but these have a lot of vitamins and minerals and they have fish oil as well, so they have a lot in here. The pills are really small and easy to take, so you take two of these each day and I'm really hoping that these help with my thinning hairline that I have. So, stay tuned!
