California salt shampoo by Playa. I love that it's an exfoliant with a super refreshing minty scent I can feel the tea tree oil deep cleansing my scalp but it's also so gentle and soothing

Quick review on Playa's salt shampoo. So it looks like an exfoliator, and it is. It was super refreshing, it smells like eucalyptus and mint, and it felt like it was detoxifying my scalp. I'm so excited for my next shampoo day. And my hair feels super clean.

So I wanted to do a review on the California salt shampoo by Playa. I tried it once and I have to say I wasn't a huge fan. It is extremely strong menthol tea tree smell and I love tea tree but it's just very very strong in menthol and it kind of feels like it's burning my nostrils a little bit. So I think that was the first con. The second is it's pretty liquidy and it's a little bit harder to tell on camera but just in comparison to my other scalp scrubs, I feel like it's a little too liquidy for me and I like something a little bit thicker. The third thing is I tried it on my scalp and I rubbed it in and then a lot of my hair started to come out and it might have just been doing a really good job and I might have had a lot of hair already there that needed to be cleaned out, but that was a little scary so I probably won't be trying this on out again. I just lathered my hair when I washed it with this Playa Violet Brightening Shampoo and I will update you guys with the results later. So soft! Lightened up brighter!
