It's the Energizing Facial Mist and the description says use anytime of day when you need a roundhouse kick of hydration to combat dry skin which is going to be me all day every day. Put this over makeup because we're gonna we need a roundhouse kick. Oh it smells really good I like this. Hydrated my face looks.

I couldn't find anything on the bottle or on Google about if it was meant to be both used with and without makeup Most face mists can be used in either, you know before after makeup So since I've had to make up on half the day, I am going to try it over my makeup as a little refresh It has hyaluronic acid, green tea, ginseng So really help wake you up and I'm in LA and super hot So it felt refreshing and after this I wore my makeup another like eight hours and it didn't affect it
