So true story, I thought this was a sheet mask when I first bought it. This is for your lips below your hips and I had no idea. I had no clue. So now I'm going to try one of these and I will let you guys know what I think about the moth mask. Because the first time I was going to demo this I legit thought that it was for my face. Like I put it in the cart with the impression that it was just a face mask. Like who wouldn't think this was a face mask? And so I'm very curious about this. I'm very intrigued by it. My period and back pain have been the absolute worst that they have ever been. So as you would imagine, I am very excited to try these out. So these are three self-heating patches that last up to 12 hours. These are suitable for your back, your abdomen, really like any place that you really want it. So I'm going to go ahead and open the patch. It's super sticky. And then the sticky side we are going to place on our clothing. Right there. You can't even tell it's there. Like there's no telling. Okay you guys, so I have to tell you about what I'm gonna call a life-saving product. And it is this Even Bigger Hug self-heating patch because I woke up yesterday with some of the strongest cramps. And immediately I remembered that I had this and put one on. And when I say that my cramps did not come back for the rest of the day, I wore it all day just to see how it actually worked out. And this was a lifesaver, a miracle worker. So I highly, highly recommend this. And all it is, is this little patch. And it has self-adhesion on the back. And you just place this right here and you can wear it all day. Well actually it goes this way because you stick this part to your clothes. And you can wear it all day and it really helped a lot. And it's honestly still a little bit warm. I highly recommend these life savers.
