nothing I used to look forward to more than my morning cup of coffee when I wake up. So you are getting just so many different benefits from drinking this in the mornings if you do this. There's no added ingredients, nothing unnecessary, no added sugar. It is so good, so quick and easy to make. All you need is like a teaspoon or two in the mornings. It's delicious and it has changed my stress levels immensely. I can't recommend it enough.
