nothing I used to look forward to more than my morning cup of coffee when I wake up. However, I am a bit of an anxious girly and if you're anything like me, you know that that does not make the best mix for us. So you are getting just so many different benefits from drinking this in the mornings if you do this. There's no added ingredients, nothing unnecessary, no added sugar. It is so good, so quick and easy to make. All you need is like a teaspoon or two in the mornings. It's delicious and it has changed my stress levels immensely. I can't recommend it enough.

Okay so this is my review for Wonder Matcha by Pau. Oh my gosh I love this stuff. I already love matcha but to find something that has adaptogens in it that actually help your mental clarity, anxiety, and stress I love. The ingredients are super clean, it tastes good. I will definitely be buying this again. I like to do mine with a little bit of oat milk. Obviously I got too excited and overfilled my cup but it was super yummy.
