I love the color of this stuff, that's why I thought it was for your face, it kind of looks like a face oil. Before we use it, we're going to shake the bottle up. Instructions say to take half a dropper. You're going to hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing it. My favorite part about it so far is the taste. It tastes like cinnamon, so if you don't like cinnamon, do not get this product. It made me pass out hard. And when I say that, it's not like it made me pass out, I wasn't like wasted or was unable to stay awake, it just wake up like I usually do throughout the night. Highly recommend.
