So this is my first rave review of a product. I am so happy I discovered it on Flip. It is the Prim Her Royal Highness CBD roll-on. It is 50 milligrams of CBD. It has arnica and a couple other botanicals in it. Whatever the mixture is, I honestly haven't found something like this that is comparable to an over-the-counter pain medication. I used it on my last period. I roll it on. I put a hot water bottle and it just makes the area it kind of feels like an icy hot at first and then it relaxes the entire area. I've also put it on my neck for neck pain and it really helps with that. So I will be repurchasing this for sure and if you have bad menstrual cramps I really think that you should try this.

30 second review of the Prim Her Royal Highness Roller. This thing is great if you are someone like me who gets really really bad cramps when she is PMSing. I'm usually constantly hooked up to a little heating pad and this thing is a great little thing to have to stick into your purse so when you're on the go you could get some kind of relief. You just roll it all over your abdomen area or wherever you're experiencing pain and it definitely helps. It doesn't completely eliminate it but it is great to carry on in your bag.
