Public Goods CBD oil. It has multiple uses but I chose to use it on my face to do my daily gua sha routine. It didn't really have a smell to it. It didn't leave my face feeling super oily. Price is pretty high but it's comparable to other similar products.

So this is my first time trying Public Goods CBD oil. I absolutely love their gel pills so I'm really excited to try this one out as well. Just opening the box smells like peppermint. Let's see if I can get it out. Okay this is what the bottle looks like. So you open it and it's labeled with the little measurements. So let's just do like 0.50. All right like a little bit. All right let's try this together. Okay it's minty, not too strong. It tastes pretty good and it's really smooth. So first try I actually really like it and we'll see if it works.

I was a little skeptical about the CBD oil by Public Goods. It was definitely on the pricey side but I've heard such great things about it so I really wanted to give it a try. It was a little hard to open as you could see but I got it and you can see the little measurements on the dropper right there. I placed about half a dropper under my tongue and just let it sit for about a minute. It tasted like nothing for a bit but then I definitely got a little bit of an aftertaste but I ended up loving it.

This is the CBD Salve by Public Goods. This is the full spectrum, 500 milligrams. It's very much like a balm texture, and the smell is not overpowering at all. Slight CBD smell, but of course it's to be expected. So if you're looking for a product that does exactly what it says, then this is the product for you. I know Public Goods is really about saving the environment, so you'd also be helping a good cause.

Okay, so today we're gonna talk about CBD salve. If you haven't tried it yet, it is a miracle worker. Basically, CBD salve works by sidestepping your CB1 and CB2 receptors. Honestly, what doesn't public goods make at this point? Am I right? This is their CBD salve and it is delightful. It's pretty thick so if you want a lot, you kind of probably have to dig your nails in a bit to get a good chunk. It's vegan, organically grown, non-GMO, gluten-free, has all the good things in it. Hemp, MCT, olive oil, hemp seed oil, candela wax, eucalyptus essential oil, etc. Made in New York and honestly, very lovely.

Organic cotton tampons. This is really interesting to me because a while back I actually switched to a menstrual cup after reading about a lot of the big name brand tampons and how obviously the plastic is terrible for the environment, but they were putting really rough chemicals in their products to basically give them that pretty white color and all that stuff. So I've been loving the menstrual cup. I don't think it's for everyone, but I'm curious about these because I'd be totally open to this because they don't have that kind of plastic applicator. But I opened the box. I mean, y'all know what I'm thinking, right? Like, how is that gonna? Oh, I think I found a way to open it. On here, there's a little sticker thing. Oh gosh. Oh, it's already expanding. Okay, so these seem like an option. Better for the planet, cool.

I think I just found my new favorite tampons. And the reason I like them is kind of crazy. They're applicator-free. I know, I know. Ew, icky. It's actually not. You have less waste, less plastic waste, less paper waste, and it's better for the environment, better for the earth, and better for you. So this is what it looks like fresh out of the box. You open it by pulling on the little tabby. And there it is. And even though there's no applicator, it's super smooth and really easy to insert. It does come with a little string. Don't worry, they didn't leave you hanging there. And I've actually used these and they're really great. I think I've switched over for real.

So when that time of the month comes, as we all know, there are a ton of products that we can use to like stick on things, to insert, to wipe with, to wash with, everything. I love the simplicity and the ease, the discreteness, all of that of these tampons. These are organic cotton. I use nothing but organic cotton now. Just if you were inserting things into your body and they're gonna be staying there for a while, it's good to use stuff that isn't using bleaches, that doesn't have pesticides. So that is something to consider. Also, I love that these don't have an applicator. You're disposing of many of these every time, that time of the month, so it's just less trash that's involved in the whole process. So I feel good about being a little bit, a little bit more eco-friendly in that way. They're super discreet. You can slide them in a pocket, slide them in a shirt if you need to use one. And yeah, I really, I really enjoy these. They're also chlorine free, which is good, and no rayon. So these are awesome.

Ladies, if you're not using organic tampons and you're putting chemicals in your body still, we need to have a serious talk. You need to transfer over to these Public Goods organic tampons. These are cotton, 100% cotton, and they're compact so they fit in your purse and you can take them anywhere with you. The reason I love these guys is not only are they organic, so it's so much better for you. Remember, this is going inside of our bodies. We don't want any nasty chemicals in there. They're also BPA-free, they're chlorine-free, they're rion-free. I can't pronounce a lot of those words, but it's okay. And it's just so much better for you. It goes inside your body. You're not putting any nasty chemicals up in there. And they work the same as the regular tampons that you're used to seeing in the drugstore. The only difference is that they're all cotton. 10 out of 10, cannot recommend them enough. I made the switch a few months back to organic tampons. I found out that I was allergic to regular tampons, and these have been a lifesaver for me.

if you haven't used the bamboo regular pads from public goods you're seriously missing out I don't know about you guys I'm one of those girls I don't know like to use tampons so I rely on pads but some of the pads on the market just really scratchy it's not breathable it makes me itchy down there which we don't want that so when I find out this one I'm like oh my gosh I want to scream from the top of my lung it's just amazing it's made with all the healthy ingredients it's bamboo biodegradable hyperallergenic antibacterial and sustainable material tree free as well so this is made from sustainably farmed bamboo with a corn based top sheet it just feels so differently like if you're like me you don't like to use tampon you want to be comfortable give this one a try it's really truly amazing from public goods
