These are the Public Goods Vitamin B12. I just took one and it tastes pretty chalky, but I don't think it tastes bad. This is what they look like on the inside. They're pretty small. You just kind of take it and eat it in your mouth. If you are a vegan or vegetarian, it is super important that you get enough B12. Vitamin C from Public Goods and it is an ascorbic acid 1000 milligrams and I think it's pretty good price for 90 tablets. It is in this form. It's pretty big but it's still it doesn't stuck it's like you can swallow it and yeah it's pretty good for your immune system.

I love products by Public Good because they're high quality, but they're also affordable and they have a lot of eco-friendly things you can get for home, supplements.
