You just kind of take it and eat it in your mouth. If you are a vegan or vegetarian, it is super important that you get enough B12. Vitamin C from Public Goods and it is an ascorbic acid 1000 milligrams and I think it's pretty good price for 90 tablets. It is in this form. It's pretty big but it's still it doesn't stuck it's like you can swallow it and yeah it's pretty good for your immune system.
