Look what I just got, another juice cleanse from Pulp and Press. I did their two-day cleanse before, loved it so much, so now we're going to try their five-day cleanse. I will keep you updated every day how I'm feeling. But yeah, I'm really excited to hopefully lose like 10 pounds before I go to New York City next week. So stay tuned.

I just received my five-day cleanse from Pulp and Press. It came insulated and it had cold packs in here, so all the juices are still cold. I'm going to get them in the fridge, but just wanted to show you everything that comes with it. You get the complete daily juice list. It's very self-explanatory on exactly what you drink every single day. You can do up to a seven-day cleanse. I did the five-day, so I will stop here. I believe they do also have a two- and a three-day. If you're looking for increased energy, mental clarity, weight loss, loss of cravings, reduced bloating, improved sleep, all of those good things, sometimes it's really great to reboot your system. All the ingredients are just super pure, super good. I'm very excited to start this cleanse. I will actually update you guys every day that I'm doing this cleanse.

This is the monsoon. Okay, that's delicious. Clips. Um, so this one turns everything black, so that's really interesting. Tastes like water. Now we have the Hulk. Oh wow. Okay, this tastes like a cleanse, but in a good way. This just feels like it's about to clean me out. Now we have the Red Monster, which I think is personally going to be my favorite. I love beets. Oh yeah. Okay, this is very sweet. I feel like this would be good at the end of the day for a sweet tooth. Next we have the Very Berry. Okay, this one sounds like it's going to be good. White tea, apple, strawberry, cucumber, and lemon. I feel like this would be great like during the summer. It's very refreshing and light. It's not too sugary. My favorite one though is for sure this one. The monsoon. Like, I feel like it's just failing because of the banana, but it's delicious.

If you're looking to try a cleanse, this is a great one to try. And tomorrow, I get to eat again. Each of the three days are the same juices, just in a different order. Depending on however many days you got of your cleanse, you just go through that. I like all of them except the two green juices. Doesn't taste good to me, and I like a green juice. Really enjoy the Eclipse. If you're taking any medications, you want to make sure you're not taking it anytime close to this because this one has activated charcoal in it. It basically kind of like absorbs things and takes it out with it. I enjoy this, and it makes your mouth a little bit black while you're drinking it. I like both of these, just different reasons. They're similar, but not the same, but I did like both of these a lot. The lemon ones are just so delicious. Apple, lemon, and beet. And this one's apple, lemon, ginger, turmeric. Both very, very good. If I had a choice, I would do it again and not get the green juices. I'd rather just have like another lemon and another beet one. Five out of seven, ain't that...

This is the Pulp & Press 3 Day Cleanse. It comes with 21 different juices, 7 for each day. They're all really yummy. I liked pretty much all of them. Some of them are a little bit sour due to the citrus, but I still really enjoyed them. Eclipse, which has charcoal, was a bit more difficult to drink due to the flavor and the texture, but I still didn't mind it too much. Benefits that I felt from this cleanse was that I felt less bloated and less sluggish throughout the day. If I were to do this again, I think I would try their green cleanse because I think it's important to get some veggies in. Though there are a couple that are green juices, the majority are all fruit, and I think that it's important while doing the cleanse to cut out a bit more sugar. Though this cleanse is convenient, it is a bit pricey, so I think I would maybe treat myself to it a couple times a year.
