Okay, so this is the second cleanse that I received from Pulp and Press. This is the three day green cleanse. I got the five day one for me and this one will be for my partner. So I want to show you, like, they keep everything really cold. They have these ice packs in here and it's all insulated so when it gets to you it's nice and cold and fresh. They're all really great ingredients. No additives or sugar added or anything. As you can see it's just all fruits and vegetables. And it gives you a really awesome guide to follow along. And so I will be filming his progress with his three day cleanse and I'll be filming my progress with my five day cleanse and we'll be starting this next week. So stay tuned.

I'm on this three-day green juice cleanse that is delivered straight to my doorstep. It's made with all natural organic ingredients. I haven't been hungry, and the juices are delicious.

Alright day one done with the three-day juice cleanse from pulp and press my pros and cons My pros are the juice actually tastes really good And also I lost two pounds and that the it's seven juices throughout the day. So it's really sustainable So I was never really struggling too bad yesterday I did get a little moody Which is one of my cons and I was feeling like just a little fatigued by the end of day But other than that, I would give it a really good score for the first day The losing the two pounds this morning, I feel a lot less bloated waking up as well So giving day two a try. This is the first one with Envy I'm supposed to start out with This one is cucumber celery lemon kale and spirulina and it tastes so good So come back for day two and see what happens then

If you're looking to try a cleanse, this is a great one to try. And tomorrow, I get to eat again. Each of the three days are the same juices, just in a different order. Depending on however many days you got of your cleanse, you just go through that. I like all of them except the two green juices. Doesn't taste good to me, and I like a green juice. Really enjoy the Eclipse. If you're taking any medications, you want to make sure you're not taking it anytime close to this because this one has activated charcoal in it. It basically kind of like absorbs things and takes it out with it. I enjoy this, and it makes your mouth a little bit black while you're drinking it. I like both of these, just different reasons. They're similar, but not the same, but I did like both of these a lot. The lemon ones are just so delicious. Apple, lemon, and beet. And this one's apple, lemon, ginger, turmeric. Both very, very good. If I had a choice, I would do it again and not get the green juices. I'd rather just have like another lemon and another beet one. Five out of seven, ain't that...

This is the Pulp & Press 3 Day Cleanse. It comes with 21 different juices, 7 for each day. They're all really yummy. I liked pretty much all of them. Some of them are a little bit sour due to the citrus, but I still really enjoyed them. Eclipse, which has charcoal, was a bit more difficult to drink due to the flavor and the texture, but I still didn't mind it too much. Benefits that I felt from this cleanse was that I felt less bloated and less sluggish throughout the day. If I were to do this again, I think I would try their green cleanse because I think it's important to get some veggies in. Though there are a couple that are green juices, the majority are all fruit, and I think that it's important while doing the cleanse to cut out a bit more sugar. Though this cleanse is convenient, it is a bit pricey, so I think I would maybe treat myself to it a couple times a year.
