Do not waste your money on a juice cleanse unless you are going to fully commit to it. It is more of a willpower thing than anything, but after doing it for the two-day cleanse, I've lost two and a half pounds weighing myself. So it definitely will help you kind of, you know, shed a couple pounds. I feel surprisingly when you drink this much juice, this is my last one, you're not hungry. You're basically just filling the volume of your stomach with liquids. So yeah, I'm going to try to do this every six months. This one by Pulp Press is actually pretty delicious. So if it's something you're thinking about, just kind of resetting, detoxing, cleansing your body, doing a little two-day cleanse just to kind of get your feet wet may be the perfect route to take. So I encourage you to check it out below and see some results like I have. But you have to commit, otherwise it's a waste.

The general benefits of a two-day juice fast is to help boost your mood and your health. It helps by increasing your mental clarity, regulating your weight loss, it helps to curb your cravings, reduces bloating, improves your sleep, and increases your energy. Everything within this kit is biodegradable, even those ice packs right there. You can pour it into the earth and it recycles itself. The juices are listed in the orders that you're supposed to take them as well as a little shot of elixirs. When you're on this two-day juice fast, you're not supposed to do strenuous activities. I just took walks for two days, two miles each, and just let the juices work for themselves. You can drink water and you can also drink tea, but you're not supposed to eat during these two days. Good morning, y'all, and welcome to day two of my juice cleanse. Today for breakfast, we're having spicy lemon. This is apple, lemon, ginger, and turmeric. Upon completion of this two-day juice fast, I found that my brain fog was gone and my bloating had gone down significantly. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious, and I do suggest that you do this at least once a year.

Today I start my juicing cleanse with pulp and press. It's the kickstart. It's on flip and I'm so excited to try them out. Ooh. You start with the elderberry elixir. There's a list that shows you what you drink for the next two days. They were packaged in a box with ice packs so that way they don't go bad. Then you put them in the fridge right away and you start your two day cleanse. Elderberry elixir. Every two to two and a half hours. Next up, spicy lemon. Oh my god, these are so good. Turbo. Lemon sherbet. Eclipse. Bliss. Envy. It's day two of the cleanse and today we start off with the spicy lemon. This is my favorite one actually. I've really enjoyed this one. I feel less bloated. I feel like I have more energy and I feel lighter. This is definitely a great idea. Something to do maybe once every few months to just get rid of the bloating.

If you're looking to try a cleanse, this is a great one to try. And tomorrow, I get to eat again. Each of the three days are the same juices, just in a different order. Depending on however many days you got of your cleanse, you just go through that. I like all of them except the two green juices. Doesn't taste good to me, and I like a green juice. Really enjoy the Eclipse. If you're taking any medications, you want to make sure you're not taking it anytime close to this because this one has activated charcoal in it. It basically kind of like absorbs things and takes it out with it. I enjoy this, and it makes your mouth a little bit black while you're drinking it. I like both of these, just different reasons. They're similar, but not the same, but I did like both of these a lot. The lemon ones are just so delicious. Apple, lemon, and beet. And this one's apple, lemon, ginger, turmeric. Both very, very good. If I had a choice, I would do it again and not get the green juices. I'd rather just have like another lemon and another beet one. Five out of seven, ain't that...

This is the Pulp & Press 3 Day Cleanse. It comes with 21 different juices, 7 for each day. They're all really yummy. I liked pretty much all of them. Some of them are a little bit sour due to the citrus, but I still really enjoyed them. Eclipse, which has charcoal, was a bit more difficult to drink due to the flavor and the texture, but I still didn't mind it too much. Benefits that I felt from this cleanse was that I felt less bloated and less sluggish throughout the day. If I were to do this again, I think I would try their green cleanse because I think it's important to get some veggies in. Though there are a couple that are green juices, the majority are all fruit, and I think that it's important while doing the cleanse to cut out a bit more sugar. Though this cleanse is convenient, it is a bit pricey, so I think I would maybe treat myself to it a couple times a year.
