This one by Glow is a little bit tingly when you apply it And I'll have to use it daily to let you know how I really like it

These are hemp infused hydrogly patches that help reduce the look of puffiness. Brighten and smooth the appearance of the under eye area. Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes.
