Can someone please tell me what I bought I'm so confused So apparently you put the whole entire bag including the green clay, but it's a lot of stuff And honestly, it smelled kind of weird like medicine and the water was so muddy And it was just not romantic cuz I was like, you know in mud and we had such a hard time cleaning it Too I don't recommend it

The red clay is organic Peruvian ginger root powder and the green clay is French clay mixed with sea salt. It doesn't make your bath look good. Review Follow-up I did the bath after intense exercises when my muscle felt very sore and tired. The temperature are higher in the bath and I sweat extra more during the process.
