Detox with me. Looks gross, but so relaxing.

Can someone please tell me what I bought I'm so confused So apparently you put the whole entire bag including the green clay, but it's a lot of stuff And honestly, it smelled kind of weird like medicine and the water was so muddy And it was just not romantic cuz I was like, you know in mud and we had such a hard time cleaning it Too I don't recommend it

The red clay is organic Peruvian ginger root powder and the green clay is French clay mixed with sea salt. It doesn't make your bath look good. Review Follow-up I did the bath after intense exercises when my muscle felt very sore and tired. The temperature are higher in the bath and I sweat extra more during the process. I slept very well at night and woke up naturally and early the next morning. 95% of the muscles sore were gone and I feel fully recharged and full of energy. Worth to do once a month.

On the back of the packaging it shows a self-care ritual which allows you to utilize the bath salts by deconnecting, hydrating, and soaking so you get the most out of your bath time. It smells amazing and I soaked in the bathtub for about 20 to 30 minutes. What I thought was really cool, each bag includes one intention-setting stone. When I reached in the tub, I found rose quartz. I would definitely try these out. My muscles felt so amazing afterwards. You won't regret it.

Hi Flip family! So I'm using the Prisoma Sweat and Rest post-exercise bath. So I went to the gym and now I'm going to take a bath with this amazing smelling bath salts. It has hemlock spruce, lavender oil, it smells so good. And you also will discover an intention stone inside each bag. So this is what it looks like. And you just pour the bag into your bath and sit back and relax. It helps to relax your muscles after a workout or after a day at work. Like I said, you do get an intention stone and I got a green quartz. So very, very pretty. Look at that. So gorgeous. So fun. I really enjoyed this product.
