So I've been wanting to try the Ray brand for quite some time. This is just like a daily, all-encompassing vitamin. You're supposed to take two pills daily. So there are 60 capsules in here, so this will last you one month. The branding and just like the packaging of this is super cute. Just also not only look your best, but also feel your best from the inside out.

You're trying to figure out what is the best multivitamin and how do I know which ones are the best? I love this brand right now. I left my other bottle at home, so I've used Ray before. I use the Daily Cleanse and as you can see, it's gone. I always look for the bottle that has the highest amount of minerals and vitamins that can really support your daily need and that's why I chose Ray because I was comparing a couple of multivitamins on Flip. I think this is the best one. Just to note that it does have a peppermint taste, like a cooling sensation once you swallow them and I can't figure out what's in this that causes that but I like it, I don't mind it at all. And I love this multivitamin because it has ashwagandha and I think that's a great thing for us to take daily. So this is one of my favorite brands. So if you're looking for a great option, I think this is a great one.

I've been using them for about a week and a half and no ill effects. It's always hard to know if it's working oxidically, right? But you know it's not negative. So this is what the container looks like. So it's actually pretty small. There was like a little card and stuff in the top of this. But the weirdest thing about this that I didn't see mentioned is the capsules are like minty. So when you take them, they're like a spearmint. It smells super minty just smelling them.

So today we are talking about Ray Sleep. It's a dietary supplement, vegetarian, which we love. And it has a blend of melatonin, L-theanine, and lemon balm, which I thought it was super interesting. I suffer from my insomnia. I've had it for a few years. Every so often I take supplements and I start taking this. I've been taking them for over a week. As you can see, I've used it quite a bit and I love it. I love it. I haven't been a fan of melatonin for quite a bit because it gives me horrible nightmares. No reason why, it's just personally me. But with this I actually sleep very pleasant. It doesn't give me dizziness. Usually I take it half an hour or an hour before going to sleep. And it just gives me a calm, peaceful feeling and it just makes me feel cozy. It makes my eyelids heavy and then I'm ready for bed. I will definitely keep taking this and I will buy them again.
