I was really excited to share this vaginal health probiotic with you because I have vaginal health issues, UTIs, all that stuff, so I was really looking forward to adding a probiotic that also did two jobs because I use a probiotic anyway. But okay, so there is a sort of controversial ingredient in this Ray product. It's called Ursa Uvi or something like that, and at high doses, if you take it by mouth, it can possibly cause liver damage and be a little bit unsafe. So I can't totally suggest this product to you. Please pass this on to anybody that you know that's going to be trying this product just so that they have all the information.

Ever since I struggled with BV about a year ago, I learned that it's extremely important to take care of yourself. And today I'm going to tell you if these supplements are actually worth it. The first two ingredients that caught my eye were cranberry and the probiotic blend. Cranberry is extremely helpful for preventing UTIs, and the probiotic blend are extremely helpful for preventing BV and yeast infections. In the end, I think these supplements are no joke, and they're actually going to help to maintain your balance down there. So, I would definitely recommend them.

I've been taking these vitamins for quite some time for a couple of weeks now and I love it and it's minty so I've loved it so much I've ordered already uh everyday vitamin and also for hormone balance because I'm a big girl so being a big girl you know our balance with our hormones are unbalanced and especially if I get like chin hairs and stuff like that so I'm really loving this brand a lot and this is has been helping me vaginally so I recommend it it's vegan and you can't go wrong with it I'm always been skeptical on supplements and I used to take the like the general ones in the morning I'm not one to like to take pills but this I do recommend so you guys should try this catch you later
