And I don't know if you've used a menstrual cup before, but it's very, very, very easy. You just have to learn how to put it in. So this is the size of the menstrual cup. And basically, to put it in, you just fold it, right? I do it this way. You fold it like that, you insert, and then once it's in, you just do that. And it suctions, so it's like that. And then when you're ready to take it out, just reverse it. Go in, do that, pull it out. And then that's it. And empty it. And then you clean it in between each time it goes in and out. I will say it's reduced the amount of cramps that I've had on my period. You can keep it in for much longer than a tampon. You don't have to keep changing it. You can keep it in for up to 12 hours. So I use it on my heaviest days so that I don't have to keep going back and changing it.

Let's see how many tampon this menstrual cup can hold. One and a half. I usually use five full tampons during heavy flow.
