I am so excited to share with you all the Renewal Mill Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix. This mix is gluten-free and vegan, so anyone with special dietary needs, this should be your go-to. It's so easy. You just need hot water, oil, a bowl, and a spatula, and some spray for the tray. Once you get everything in a bowl, you simply mix it up. The smell of this is so aromatic. It's a really dark chocolate flavor. The batter does end up pretty fudgy, so I think we know these are going to be good. I use an ice cream scooper to get things into pans, and I like these type of pans for brownies because, you know, edges are the best. So I'm going to pop these babies in the oven. They sunk a little bit. Not sure if that's because of the pan that I used or what, and they cooked for a little bit longer than I expected, but these have such a deep and rich chocolate flavor.
