Who We Are.
We embarked on this journey to create a clean beauty brand that was glamorous, innovative and luxe.
And so in 2019, RÓEN was born.

Our Story


RÓEN Beauty was Co-founded by beauty devotee and clean beauty advocate Tiffany Thurston Scott in the heart of Los Angeles. After collaborating with world renowned fashion photographer David Roemer on ROEN’s first campaign shoot, David joined RÓEN as Co-Founder and Creative Director. Mindful of the makeup artistry she so admired, Tiffany wanted artistry to be at the heart of the brand and after working with various makeup artists she eventually met Global Celebrity Make-up Artist Kate Synnott whose keen knowledge of makeup and product innovation created a synergy among the three of them. Soon after, Kate became RÓEN's Beauty Creative Director. 

Our CEO, Tiffany grew up in the mountainous state of Utah, where she developed an exceptional appreciation for nature and holistic living. After moving to the coast of Southern California to pursue her academic studies, Tiffany found that beyond her love for living on the Pacific Coast, she was beginning to develop a passion for the glamour and allure that was woven into Angeleno culture. Always enjoying testing and playing with various cosmetics, it wasn’t long until Tiffany realized that most of her favorite iconic brands were formulated with harmful ingredients. As she continued to educate herself, she discovered there was a real need for luxe, high performing cosmetics that also serve those who are mindful of harmful ingredients and ethical practices. Tiffany immersed herself in the world of clean beauty, researching ingredients and collaborating with talented makeup artists who also share this philosophy. 

  

 
New York native David Roemer joined the company shortly after its inception, spearheading the creative direction of the brand. His creative vision shaped RÓEN’s unique point of reference of being a contemporary fashion forward, luxurious clean beauty brand.   
 
 

 
As Beauty Creative Director Kate integrates her years of beauty, celebrity make-up artistry and red carpet experience to RÓEN. Originally from Ireland, Kate’s expertise is modern Hollywood glamour with glowing skin that accentuates each clients’ natural beauty.  As former Global Lead Artist for British beauty mogul Charlotte Tilbury, Kate worked alongside Charlotte for red carpet events and editorial photo shoots while simultaneously gaining notability and creating a high-profile client list of her own. She has created makeup looks for celebrities at every major red carpet event globally from the Met Gala and Golden Globes to the Cannes Film Festival. Kate’s work has been featured in Vogue, In Style Magazine, Love Magazine, Allure, Marie Claire, Numéro, New York, Elle, and many others.

Okay, wow, so I have this shade all over my lid, applied super easily, I just blended it with my fingers. Now I'm gonna go in with the other sparkly shades and report back. Okay, so this is the final look using the Rowan 75 degree palette. Keep in mind, I did this all with my fingers in legitimately maybe 30 seconds, if not less. I'm really, really into it and highly recommend this. Again, use your fingers when applying, that's gonna pick up the most pigment because they are all cream shadows.

they are pretty easy to blend so I'm just going to take my finger in that. I'm going to take the side of my pinky right here. Now I'm taking this lightest one. Okay I've never done that before that's actually really pretty. That gold on the inner corner really did something for me.

So this is the look with only two shadows from the Rowan Quad. So I used these two out here. This one I just slapped it on with my finger and then blended it out with this more dense little brush and then dragged it under the lower lash line with it. Blended it out in my crease and then I added with my finger the highlight in the inner corner in the brow bone and I'm obsessed. I also want to note I've had this palette for a while and I love how grungy I can make it. I can make it more impactful with more layers. I can make it more sheer with less layers and just brush. If it creases throughout the day I just pat out the creases with the finger.

Using the Rowan 75 degrees warm palette starting with Shador on the outer half of the lid and into the crease next taking Naked Dust on the middle of the lid and blending it into the crease and into the other shade and lastly obviously which I also put on the inner half of my lid and the inner corner of my eye and I'm just blending out those edges and smoking out the lower lash line a bit.

This is the Rowan 75 degree quad of cream eyeshadows. I've got them swatched on the back of my hand but I also am wearing them. Really, really fun bronzy smokey, shimmery shades with lots of pigment. This one is more pigmented than their others. Really pretty. Like it.

Sharing some swatches, looks, and thoughts on the Rowan Beauty 75 Degree Warm Eyeshadow Palette. It contains four lid and lume cream shadows that are truly foolproof because of how you can use them. Apply with your finger for more color payoff or a brush for diffused color. My preferred method is with my finger. I have a review up of Rowan's Everything Eyebrush made for their shadows, but personally I'd skip and use the finger method. The shadows work really well together and can be worn alone or padded on top of other shadows. They do crease on me within a few hours, especially since I have hooded eyes, but nothing too bad and I can tap the creasing out quickly with my finger, but that's something to note. These quads are pricey, but I really enjoy this for quick looks or for shadow toppers. My only complaint is I wish the gold shade was more pigmented. My favorite shade is the one on the bottom left.

Rowan is one of my favorite beauty collections because it's cruelty free and clean glamorous beauty. This is 75 degrees warm eyeshadow palette. It comes with a gold color, a warm taupe, shimmering dark brown, and a terracotta. All of the colors are so pretty and the golds just sparkle. This is perfect for everyday. You can use your fingers or an eyeshadow brush. The whole process is foolproof and they blend easily for multi-dimensional glossy glow. Follow up with their mascara and this palette is perfect. Lasts all day and this palette is beautiful especially on brown eyes. Rowan.

I prefer mostly More volume, but I do every once in a while when I'm going for that clean girl aesthetic. I like a more longer wispy lash so If that's you Spend it

Okay, my girlies who like clean makeup, you probably know of the brand Rowan Beauty. This is their Keg Mascara. I've never tried anything from this brand before and I've always wanted to. Their stuff is just, it just looks so high quality and it's clean and I love that. This is what the mascara looks like. It's all like this chrome. This is a vegan formula that's meant to lengthen, lift, and you can layer it. So let's try it out on my lashes. This is what the brush looks like. Definitely a thicker brush. Don't mind the creasing in my eye, but I'm just going to do a couple coats on one eye like normal. I probably should have curled them first. Now you know what? Let's see what it does for uncurled lashes. Okay, this is one coat. This is with two coats. I actually really like this. If you want something that's not going to clump, this is for you.

Let's dive into this Rowan Beauty mascara. The formula is super black and it's kind of a good middle ground between wet and dry. I like the shape of the brush. I have naturally long lashes and want my mascara to give me clump free volume and drama. I'd say this mascara gives more length than volume but it does give my lashes a really nice look. I don't apply it on my bottom lashes because of smudging but that's true for any mascara for me lately. I like it and it wears well but I think it's kind of overpriced.

I'm back with a quick update on the Rowan Cake Mascara. Last month I mentioned that the formula was super wet. A month later, it still is way too wet and gloopy. It's a shame because it looks so pretty on my lashes if I can get the right kind of application. It does unfortunately flake too. And for the price at almost $30, heck no from me!

If you're wanting to up your eyeshadow game you absolutely need this mood forever Cream eyeshadow palette from Rowan Beauty it has first of all stunning packaging that comes in this great little velvet case and the creams are really nice and sheer Reflective the shimmer just really dances in the light You can use these by themselves on the lid or even on top of other Powder eyeshadows a little bit goes a really really long way, but because they're cream they last all day long

Hey, today we are swatching my Rowan Mood Forever palette. It has four shades and the first one is very balmy and it has a champagne pearly shimmer to it. This next shade is more of a dry formula and it's like a copper shimmery shade. The bottom one is a darker copper shade and it has the most pigment out of the four shades. And the last one is a cool tone taupe champagne type of shade and the bottom two have similar texture to it. A little balmy but not as much as the first one. Overall very interesting textures and shades.

This is the Rowan Quad in Mood Forever. It's a cream shadow. So I'm gonna actually apply the all over color with my fingertips and just dab it on. This is got to be one of the easiest dab ons ever. Gives you just the right amount of sheen to the eyes. And this could just be a great one and done color, but I'm gonna add the creamy shade. Now I'm gonna show you how I work with this one, because this is the one that for me was a little trickier to work with. I'm using like a smudgy, more dense brush with this. And I'm actually going to apply it like I would, kind of like a contour. So it gives me just a little bit of control. And here's the finished lip. What do you think?

Okay, when you've hit pan and you've pretty much demolished one, it's time for a brand new fresh one. I got the exact same shades because I love the formula and on days where I really do want to have 30-second eyeshadow, this is the most beautiful 30-second eyeshadow. Watch this. Okay, here is the finished look with the eyeshadow. Isn't this the most pretty shimmery kind of shade?

Hey does anybody want to swatch this Mood Forever Rowan palette? Because I kind of am jonesing to. Let's try it out. Now this is the creamy color right here. Right here. Pretty. Let's go with this color here. This feels really cool. It's a different kind of cream color and I'm going to use this tomorrow because oh yes. Copper copper gorgeous. I'm dying. I cannot wait to use this. OMG. Yeah yeah yeah. Yep yep yep yep yep yep. Yeah. And finger application so you can do your makeup in like two minutes. It's the best thing. Yeah. Can't wait to wear it.

I just used the Rowan Mood Forever palette and they're a cream eyeshadow with a real sparkle. These are made to be worn individually or layered. There's a cream base and they're very, very user-friendly. You can create all kinds of natural looks with these and they can be applied with fingers. Highly recommend.
