I'm sure you've seen a lot about this. This is amazing for firming elasticity and just tightening up your skin overall. It's great to do some pressure work on it to get your face flowing more circulation and it's great to just stretch and overall shape your face more if you want a more constructed jawline and cheekbones. It's great for that. Just make sure you put some facial oil right beforehand and always go in an upward motion from the center of the face. So I definitely recommend the Squash Shower.

Good morning! I'm gonna take you through my gua sha skin routine. I'm using Stauce's Stainless Steel Gua Sha. I'm so in love with it because it's non-porous so it's so easy to clean. Also a little heavier so oh I just feel so good on the skin and it's self-cooling so you don't have to keep it in the fridge or anything. I'm going to be using Stauce's Thick Skin Essential Lipid Serum. Okay let's get this done! Dripping the serum into your hand first helps you not to waste too much product. You want to put it everywhere in upward strokes. I start at the back of the neck applying a moderate amount of pressure and then I switch to the jawline. Five upward strokes on each side. Jiggle a little bit at the end. That helps with lymphatic drainage. Same thing with the cheeks. Five times on each side. The cheekbones. It's kind of crazy how much this helps to find your facial structure. Then you go to the forehead. This really helps relieve tension. As you can see again I'm a little red and that's okay. Gua Sha is used in Chinese medicine for tissue healing and it's a super easy to use dynamic beauty tool that can help with contours, help with lymphatic drainage, muscle tension. You don't want to use a lot of pressure. In terms of cleaning and storing this, stainless steel is the way to go. We're a fan.

This stainless steel gua sha was what I was most excited to try in my flip box this month. To do a quick five minute facial, all you need to do is apply some face oil to your skin and then give yourself a gua sha massage. To start, make sure that you're using a hand to stabilize your skin while you glide across the contours of your face. Hi guys, today I want to do my morning routine with you and talk about one of the biggest crazes out there right now. This is a gua sha. This one is by Sachao. I'm probably not saying that right, so I apologize. But the packaging in this product is incredible. You get the really heavy metal gua sha here and a nice little velvet bag to put it in. So let's see how we use this product. So a gua sha is really, really good for deep loading your face and kind of just moving with the contours of it. So I just put serum all over my face and now I'm going to use the gua sha to continue to rub it in. So you kind of just want to follow the natural contours of your face. So up in here, you can use the flat part like this, the curve down here along your jawline and anywhere else that you see fit. And you kind of just do this every single day and you will notice your skin kind of getting less bloated, less inflammation over time. And it feels incredible. It's very soothing.

Speaking of my Guasha collection I wanted to show you my three favorite shapes. This one is made of ceramic it has the arch shape as you can see it's not fully flat which is good for your jawline, for your forehead wrinkles, for your neck as well. This one is made of steel I got it from Flip Fit. This part is good for your neck and for your forehead wrinkles. This part is good for your jawline. And this one is made of stone. This one is my favorite because it's this shape helps you to reach different not only face but body parts as well.

Hey, Steph Cat here. So real quick before I run errands, I wanted to review what came in my flip box. One of the items was my Gua Sha tool and it came in this really cute pouch. And stainless steel, hypoallergenic, easy to clean. I highly recommend for oily skin or if you have breakouts under here and really you're not supposed to be doing Gua Sha with your breakout going on. It does not feel good. I saw a YouTube video and she was like, I wouldn't recommend that. And she was right because it's kind of painful. But if you don't have that going on, safe to use at an angle going up, you can start at the shoulders if you want to start at the bottom of the neck. I always work my way upward. I have been seeing some results around here, especially with the double chin that runs in my family. But highly recommend it. I love it. It's really good weight, super smooth, easy to clean and really easy to do. I just use with my moisturizer. I don't usually use voice face oil because it breaks me out. But if you want to use it, you can.
