Getting a facial could be really expensive and I'm glad I found the Sarah Chapman Pro Pore Refiner. It helps you cleanse, massage, and extract. It comes with a little nozzle and a little cleanser and there's three settings. First, you can use the heated bottom to help open up your pores after cleansing and after that you can do whatever setting you feel comfortable with. I usually start with the lower setting and then work my way up to the highest and I typically use this on my nose area to extract all the blackheads and I think this works really well.
