It comes with a little nozzle and a little cleanser and there's three settings. First, you can use the heated bottom to help open up your pores after cleansing and after that you can do whatever setting you feel comfortable with. I usually start with the lower setting and then work my way up to the highest and I typically use this on my nose area to extract all the blackheads and I think this works really well. It says, my facial lift mimics the unique, fast tapping, pinching and knuckling of my radiance promoting Skinesis facial massage. So I have tightness in my jaw and some TMJ problems and I saw this and thought it looks weird but I thought oh maybe that's actually going to be useful so I'm going to show you how it works.
