This Flawless Foot File is a stainless steel double-sided file, and then it also comes with this foot serum that goes on after you exfoliate your feet. So yes, you use this file on dry skin, actually. You guys, it took maybe one minute or less to completely take that kind of callus thing, the dry skin, off of my feet. I cannot even believe how much better my foot looked after using this. You saw the beginning. It was pretty scary. I really loved both of these products.
