Fun fact, apparently the oil from sea buckthorn berries are one of, it's one of the best things you can possibly use for your skin. So you can apply it topically or take it in supplement form. I've been taking it in supplement form and I have absolutely noticed a difference. So these berries, they come from the highlands of the Himalayans and Mongolia. So they thrive in these like really arid environments. And because of that, it's actually omega-7, which I'd actually never heard of, but this has 190 bioactive compounds and is just like apparently hands down one of the best things that you can use for your skin. And I can attest, so this pimple right here, since I started taking these, and I was kind of breaking out when I started taking them, this is the first pimple I've had in like eight weeks. Now that's incredible. So you can do your own research, you consult with your doctors, but this is a really amazing supplement. It's pretty potent. I haven't experienced any weird side effects or stomach pain, stomach aches, nothing of the sort, I'm honestly looking forward to reaping all the benefits of taking this.
