Fun fact, apparently the oil from sea buckthorn berries are one of, it's one of the best things you can possibly use for your skin. So you can apply it topically or take it in supplement form. I've been taking it in supplement form and I have absolutely noticed a difference. So these berries, they come from the highlands of the Himalayans and Mongolia. So they thrive in these like really arid environments. And because of that, it's actually omega-7, which I'd actually never heard of, but this has 190 bioactive compounds and is just like apparently hands down one of the best things that you can use for your skin. And I can attest, so this pimple right here, since I started taking these, and I was kind of breaking out when I started taking them, this is the first pimple I've had in like eight weeks. Stop taking biotin and try this instead. This is an omega-7 supplement, so it's a fatty acid. It comes from a seed buckthorn, and it is amazing for hair, skin, and nails. It's also great for digestion and for heart health as well. This is so much better for you than biotin because biotin is actually an acne trigger. Even though it may help your hair and nails grow, it can cause acne. This is going to help your hair and nails, but it's also going to make your skin clear, glowy, and supple.
