Let's talk supplements. Omega 7 in particular. This is seabuckthorn oil and you get a thousand milligrams per dose. The dose is two soft gels. These are vegetarian soft gels. They're small and go down easy. I am not a professional so I did a little research for us. I was very curious as to all the benefits.
