Fun fact, apparently the oil from sea buckthorn berries are one of, it's one of the best things you can possibly use for your skin. So you can apply it topically or take it in supplement form. I've been taking it in supplement form and I have absolutely noticed a difference. So these berries, they come from the highlands of the Himalayans and Mongolia.
