I just took a cotton pad and went over half my face just to kind of see how well it took it off and it took my eye makeup off pretty easily actually. Then you're just gonna take a cotton pad and let it soak. Figure it out. To get the product out you have to push down and that's how the product comes out. It says to sweep gently over your eye and lips. Guys my eye makeup is all off. I had to use at least three pads though. It really did an awesome job of getting the majority of it off.
