I want to talk to you guys about the Skin Gym vibrating t-bar. This is a facial massage tool and it vibrates as it massages, so it stimulates your lymphatic system. And there are several versions of a similar tool, but the Skin Gym one is the most affordable one I've found so far and it works great. When I first got this several months ago, I liked it, but I preferred my method of facial massage where I just used my hands. That's the one I've been doing for years. But over the past couple months, I've been using this tool in the morning when I do my skincare more and more often. And what really changed my mind is this YouTube video. Her techniques are so good. So if you have this tool or are considering buying it, have a similar tool, I strongly recommend you check this video out. You'll thank me later, I promise.

If you're looking to start microneedling, I would definitely suggest the Skin Gem 3 Piece Microneedle Set. This includes three rollers. The first is a 600 needle roller for your face. The second is a 180 needle roller to help for lips and eyes and other sensitive areas. And the third roller is a 1200 needle roller for large areas such as your face and stomach. Make sure when you use your microneedle roller that you disinfect between each use and use with hydrating serums.

How to use a micro needle roller. Roll 4 to 5 times. Vertically, horizontally and diagonally. Don't forget the chin, the lips and the forehead. So many benefits.

Use with your favorite oils, serums, and moisturizers. Gently move tool up and down and side to side on face. This will allow your products to sink in deeper and boost the natural glow of your skin. I love this tool and it's inexpensive as well.
