I'm gonna try this out before I blow dry and straighten it 450 thermal heat protection So cute. Okay, bio silk if you've ever used bio silk, that's what it feels like Okay, let's see Okay, um Um, look at the difference already. So 300 300 is more than enough heat if you're using More than that stop like it's bad for your hair. I've been straightening my hair a lot more recently, and this heat defense serum has definitely come in handy. Whenever I straighten my hair, I like to section it out into three sections, and I take the serum and put it all over each section, and I try to concentrate it more on the ends. A little definitely goes a long way with this serum, so the bottle will definitely last you a while. And if you are straightening your hair, you definitely need this.
