Okay, y'all, so let's talk about this real quick. So I just got done brushing my teeth and I basically use this baby, which is the tongue scraper to scrape my tongue. I am not gonna show y'all that. I just wanna show you right now. I'm not gonna show y'all that, but it's so explanatory. It's a tongue scraper. You know, you use it after every time you brush your teeth. Now I have to say, this might be the best tongue scraper I've ever had because usually I've never, I've always had the ones that you get from like the dollar store or Walmart, not the real ones, you know what I'm saying? This right here, this copper feel, is a real deal tongue scraper. It gets everything off. You guys, when I tell you the best tongue scraper I've ever had, hands down, like 10 out of 10, everything is just perfect. Like first breath, all that, like it gets everything off. I'm lost for words because this is the best thing I've ever had. Okay, so yeah, definitely get this for your oral hygiene. Okay, add this to the list because yeah, it's number one in my.

I am really, really serious about hygiene, specifically oral hygiene. And I'll tell you guys, one of the greatest compliments I ever got was from a dental hygienist who said I had the cleanest teeth she had ever seen. In an effort to constantly progress and up my routine, I have recently implemented a tongue scraper. This is by Tara & Co. It is stainless steel, so really easy to clean. And I'll literally run it under hot water with soap after I use this. I don't have to worry about bacteria or anything like that. Really easy to travel with. And you literally, after brushing your teeth, you start at the back of your tongue and just scrape forward. This was what was missing from my routine. You don't think so until you don't have it. So this is really cool. Something I love on the back of it is it says, reduces bad breath, enhances taste buds, improves oral hygiene, and it's long-lasting. Can't lose.

Okay, so you guys know I had to go out and get the Humble Co. Tongue Scraper, which I've been hearing a lot about. I've been seeing a lot of people using it. It's been very great reviews on it, but there is two that come in the pack and it shows that it is 100% stainless steel, which is really great because as we know anything that is fake steel will just turn colors. I don't want that for anything that goes into our mouths. Apart from this, frequent use will spruce up your taste buds and minimize the bacteria buildup on your tongue.

I got the tongue scrapers too. It was part of the free gifts however I will definitely repurchase it for family and friends even as a stocking stuffer it's definitely that tool. I would say it's self-explanatory it's not that hard to use you'd use it after your regular oral routine brush, floss, scrape, rinse and then to clean your scraper you just clean it off with antibacterial soap and water and pat it dry till the next time. Fun fact did you know you're supposed to be brushing your teeth for at least 60 to 90 seconds? How long are you brushing your teeth for?

If you don't know what I'm doing, I'm currently getting rid of any bacteria that can cause bad breath and gut issues. The Humble Co has these tongue scrapers. It's actually a pack of two, one for you and one for your boo. It's amazing because it actually gets rid of that bad bacteria that causes bad breath, but can actually cause internal issues once it enters your body via your mouth. This tongue scraper is a great option for you right after you brush your teeth. All you have to do is scrape from the back to the front and then swish with some water, rinse it out, and your breath is gonna be better, your boo's gonna thank you, and your overall health is going to be better.
