Not only are they so convenient because you can just put them right in, they disintegrate all on their own, you don't have to wait around and peel them off, but they also taste good so it's a win-win. They're lavender and mint flavored and you just put one on the top, one on the bottom, wait 15 minutes and they'll actually dissolve so you don't even have to take them out.
