So basically what LED light does is it's super beneficial. It's very anti-aging, it can get rid of wrinkles, it produces collagen, and just really, really, really good for the skin. So if you don't already have a red light device, I would actually really recommend this one because it's pretty cheap for a red light and it comes in a pretty sunset color.

So I have been using this SonaWave every single morning and needless to say, I am obsessed. It's super simple and easy to use. You literally just tap it on, the red light turns on and go like this.
