The difference between our new and old ice roller. I specifically designed our new face cryotherapy ice roller to contour the face and eyes. It's unique egg shape fits perfectly under eyes and along the jawline. As you can see our old ice roller is too large for the face but it's still perfect to use for the body.

For the past few days, I have been using and loving this Cryo Ice Roller from Stacked Skincare. I just store it in the freezer with the little cap on, then you can take it off. As you can see, it's stainless steel underneath, so it's nice and cold. It's a great way to like, de-puff, chill your skin, and even sculpt a little bit as you're rolling and working out those muscles in your face. I absolutely love this, especially after doing some LED therapy, my face feels a little bit inflamed. So this is a great way to cool it down and prep it for the day.

I'm going to show you how to properly dermal plane. Pull your hair back and start with clean, dry skin. Have a firm grip on the handle. Make sure the blade is at a 45 degree angle on your skin. You don't want it flat or perpendicular. Use light feather strokes with your hand behind the blade pulling your skin taut. No matter what side of the face you're on, it's always important to have your hand behind the blade pulling your skin taut. Do this once a week for clear, glowing skin.

A staffed skin care micro-needling tool. I love the sleek design and you can see the roller head has a ton of little needles. You're supposed to glide it across your skin horizontally, vertically, and diagonally. It was my first time trying out a micro-needling tool and I have to say the experience wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It's supposed to help prevent wrinkles and help with hyperpigmentation and collagen. We'll see how it goes!

How to properly microneedle. Roll vertically, horizontally, and then diagonally. You can also roll over your lips to plump them up and smooth out fine lines. Microneedle your eyes to conceal dark circles and fine lines. And don't forget your neck. And for your reference, you're going to divide your face into four quadrants. Between your forehead, your cheeks, then do each eye. Over your lips, divide your neck into two sides. Swap out your roller head monthly and disinfect after each use.

Two simple steps to reduce dark circles and fine lines around your eyes. First apply our firming eye complex. And then use our micro-needling tool underneath your eyes to plump and firm and reduce dark circles. And on your crossed feet to smooth out your eyes.

There's a myth that microneedling at home is unsafe, and I wanna break this down for you. At home microneedling is 0.3 millimeters in length or less. They are pain-free, very safe to use at home, and are gonna work great at helping to plump and firm the skin, and to drive your products down and deeper. For best results, I recommend using them daily with a serum, and then replacing the roller head monthly. Make sure to disinfect after each use. You can use a spray bottle of alcohol, disinfect it, allow it to dry for a few minutes, and then you're gonna just put the cap on. Our microneedling tool is 0.2 millimeters. It is classified by the FDA as a cosmetic tool, and it's perfectly safe to use at home. If you want a deeper treatment that is gonna be 0.5 millimeters or deeper, then you're gonna go to a professional setting, which even I do. They would numb your face, and you wanna make sure you're working with a professional to do those types of treatments.

Here's our new Precision Blade. It's an attachment for our derma cleaning tool and this is to get in on your eyebrows, your nose, and your upper lip a lot more precisely than the original blade and I'm going to show you how to use it. First I always like to pull my hair back to make sure it's completely off my face. You always want your skin to be clean and dry. Then I like to start with my upper brows and really get, you know, on the top of the brow as close as I possibly can to get that nice definitive brow arch and then I'll go underneath the brow a little bit just to clean it up and then when I do my nose I make sure to hold my nostril to one side or the other so that it's flat as possible and then I'll also go in between my eyebrows and then down the front of my nose and then I'll finish with my upper lip so I'll just...
