Hi everyone, so let's talk about these sugar bear collagen gummies. So I wanted some collagen that wasn't going to be another pill I had to take and then maybe some kind of like drink that you have to drink and you have to like drink this whole glass of something that doesn't taste good. So I found these gummies and they're super tasty. So they taste just kind of like, you know, the Flintstones gummies like you used to have as a kid and used to like OD on vitamins back in the day because you wanted to eat them all. So that's what they taste like. They smell really really good. They have a ton of vitamins. They're vegan. They're cruelty free. They have like, the list goes on with the vitamins. It's not just collagen. So that's another wonderful thing. It's all real sugar. No artificial sweeteners. So it's just like a tiny tiny bit of sugar. Nothing that's gonna, you know, break your calorie count and they're great.

All right, so I just got these Sugar Bear Sleep Deep 5-HTP gummies, and I tried them out last night, and I slept like a baby. They actually work. I was not groggy this morning, but what I love is 5-HTP, I feel like I can't even say it, is good for like anxiety and depression, and you know, I don't need that. I'm fine. I don't need that help at all. But yeah, I don't know. These are pretty great. I will continue to use them, and I love that they are vegan.

So titanium dioxide is essentially a compound that is considered a carcinogen, it's banned in Europe but it's allowed in the US. It is linked to lung tumors in studies done on rats, it's also linked to damage of the reproductive system, irritation to the eyes, nose, and throat, just to name a few of the symptoms. Because of that reason, I cannot endorse these. I really, really wanted to like them because they have melatonin, l-theanine, and magnesium, which are three supplements I love. But I will try to find you a better alternative with cleaner ingredients because I cannot endorse something that you eat that contains titanium dioxide, unfortunately.
