All right, so I just got these Sugar Bear Sleep Deep 5-HTP gummies, and I tried them out last night, and I slept like a baby. They actually work. I was not groggy this morning, but what I love is 5-HTP, I feel like I can't even say it, is good for like anxiety and depression, and you know, I don't need that. I'm fine. I don't need that help at all. But yeah, I don't know. These are pretty great. I will continue to use them, and I love that they are vegan.

As you probably know, there is a lawsuit against Skittles for containing the ingredient titanium dioxide. Unfortunately, I did not realize until after getting these sugar bear sleep supplements that they also contain this harmful ingredient. So titanium dioxide is essentially a compound that is considered a carcinogen, it's banned in Europe but it's allowed in the US. It is linked to lung tumors in studies done on rats, it's also linked to damage of the reproductive system, irritation to the eyes, nose, and throat, just to name a few of the symptoms. Because of that reason, I cannot endorse these. I really, really wanted to like them because they have melatonin, l-theanine, and magnesium, which are three supplements I love. But I will try to find you a better alternative with cleaner ingredients because I cannot endorse something that you eat that contains titanium dioxide, unfortunately.

Let's talk about the Sugar Bear Women's Multivitamins. You just gotta love the Sugar Bears. You're supposed to take two every day and something that I love is the taste. Okay, so I actually just recovered from COVID. So I was looking for a women's vitamin that had vitamin C, omega-3, and vitamin B12. I actually needed to just feel back to normal. So I was looking for something that would help me just get my energy back. And I've been trying these for the past two weeks. Really to test the vitamin, I would say three months. So I'd definitely give you guys an update. But as of right now, I've been feeling really good. Something that I love is the flavor. It's really hard for me to take pills in the morning especially. And these are just so delicious. So it's been so easy. And I feel like the price point is really low. So you guys should definitely try.
