Today I'm going to be using my Sultra Curling Wand. This is the 1 and 1 1⁄2 inch. And let me tell you, it was quite an experience. This is what it looks like for someone who has not curled their hair before on their own. And it was definitely a fail at first, but I got the hang of it, as you can see. So I attempted to get this loose curl, and I think it turned out great.

I've never spent this much on a curling iron. I am happy this does come with a two-year warranty so if you end up purchasing it you can register it on their site and make sure that it lasts you the full two years. But I'm going to share with you some of the details about this that kind of stood out to me. One thing that I was a little bit confused on is there's only one heat setting. It just turns on and it's automatically always at 395 degrees which sounded really high to me and kind of worried me but I will point out a feature that I think helped with that heat. Around here there are the ridges. I feel like it kind of helped protect my hair especially this is coated in ceramic so I know that helps protect your hair a little bit more while you're styling it. I like nice big fluffy curls so I curl it and then I usually run my fingers through it and my hair didn't feel hot. It didn't feel like it was burning or anything and with my other curling irons it does feel a little bit warm to the touch right after it comes off. I did expect a nicer sleeve with this being a hundred dollar curling iron because I've gotten some pretty nice sleeves from curling irons that were only $25. And it came with a heat glove which is far too big for my hands but you know what at least it protects something. I don't put anything in my hair because it feels gross to me and I just don't like the feeling of it but I feel like the curls came out nice and big and bouncy just how I like so.

The vibe is old Hollywood glamorous curls. I usually use a one and a half inch wand But I feel like I'll get tighter bouncier curls with this smaller one look at how bouncy these curls are I feel like I look like a doll quick flip and look at all that volume you could totally leave it like this But I'm gonna smooth things out with a brush there you have it. I'm obsessed. I feel like a star What do you guys think?
